POSITION: Customer Success Manager
REPORTING TO: Senior Director of Customer Success
LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA
NuORDER is looking for a dynamic and diligent individual with Customer Success experience to help develop and run a program for our small business customers. This individual will be responsible for retaining a key customer base and negotiating renewals, understanding health during the customer lifecycle, and know how to appropriately identify and resolve sensitive customer issues.
EDUCATION: BA/BS Required
