As part of our 2017 strategy, we are passionate about giving our brands the best customer service as possible. This Product Enablement Manager leading a team during the handoff of clients to customer success to allow them to start seeing value as soon as possible.
This role requires an understanding of ecommerce, great communication and follows up skills, Microsoft excel wizardry and the ability to learn SaaS products in a timely manner. This role will report directly to our VP of Customer Success whom you will work with daily.
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Preferable Prior Experience
